a premiere voyage
We have booked the 19-day Premiere Voyage & Mediterranean Treasures for April 2016 on the under-construction-as-I-type, ms Koningsdam.
I'm really excited about this voyage for a few reasons:
1. A brand new ship and we will be the first to sail on her. Holland America provides updates through their blog. The ship renderings look stunning! There are some new dining venues and entertainment venues.
2. Interesting ports of call in the Mediterranean. This time we will see Naples, ports in Greece, Turkey and Croatia.
3. Family & Friends! There are 14 of us going on the voyage. We are going to have so much fun. Uncle Rick and James will continue their bathroom reviews and ratings. Something they started in China.
The countdown is on and I love seeing the updates about the shiny new ms Koningsdam. here is one on my favourite videos from the Italian shipyard. This is when the Koningsdam first came out of dry dock.
She has done her sea trials and is back at the ship yard. I hope everything passed. Here is some footage - she's big with a loud horn!
