We had to take refuge in Le Havre because of the storm in the Bay of Biscay. At first we were excited because we thought we would go to Paris. Paris is three hours each way and the only excursion offered would drop us off for four hours. Not fun in wind and rain. We'll save Paris for another time. We poked around Le Havre and enjoyed seeing their Christmas preparations. People buying macaroons, a woman getting her hair done with a little dog on her lap, a busy market selling cheeses and other odd french delights. The cruise terminal had wifi.
